Is The Income Tax School a college?

The Income Tax School (ITS) is certified as a Private Career School (not a college) by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV). ITS is also an IRS-Approved provider of Continuing Education (CE) for Enrolled Agents, a NASBA sponsor of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) for CPAs and a provider of the Qualifying Courses required for tax preparers to practice in California and Oregon. There are no academic requirements to be admitted to our courses. However, a high school diploma or equivalent knowledge is necessary to succeed.
